Halloween Party

River of Time

A special week took place in Lowell July, 2017. Forty four students took part in putting on the outdoor pageant, “The River of Time,” which reenacts the early history of Lowell.

The students made their own clothing, built the sets and spent a week rehearsing. Led by Museum Education Director, Luanne Kaeb along with Heidi Kaeb Stoller (author of the script), Joy Zaagman, Lisa Reed and many parents, the students became immersed in the early history of Lowell.

They presented the pageant to a large audience on July 22nd. A   special thank you to The Lowell  Rotary Club for a grant helping to cover expenses; the City of Lowell and the Kent County Fair for logistical help; John Wenger for the sound system; Bruce Doll for photographing and all who helped make this production one to remember.
